("Shipping Damage MUST Be Noted On Delivery Receipt"), In the circumstance that an item(s) arrives damaged/short it's a must that what's damaged or short, including concealed damage, is written exactly on the freight shipping delivery receipt before the driver leaves. If the truck driver’s schedule does not allow for a complete inspection, you must write "Denied Time to Inspect for Damages or Short Items" on the delivery receipt. However, it's highly suggested you complete a full inspection since actual damage or short items noted exactly is the best chance for a claim acceptance. Once noted you must email us right away within 24 hours of delivery.

("Shipping Damage Claims"), Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, in most cases the customer's only recourse is to file a damage claim with the shipping and or freight carrier directly. In certain circumstances we may be able to assist in damage claims and resolution. Damage claims will most likely be denied by the freight companies if damage is not noted exactly on the delivery receipt. Claims may also not be eligible if we are not notified within 24 hours of delivery. Most freight and or shipping companies only allow claims filed within a few days of the delivery date, so it's a must to be proactive.

("Shipping Rates, Tax"), Shipping rates and tax estimated by this website are subject to accuracy verification before orders are shipped. If additional charges are required, we will contact you before your order ships for approval and payment. If we do not contact you before your order ships, the shipping rates and tax charged were verified as accurate.

("Freight Services"), Freight shipping quoted is dock-to-dock delivery only and the buyer is responsible for unloading their order along with bringing it inside within 15 minutes in most cases. The freight companies do not assist with unloading or bringing inside with standard freight shipping. If you do not have a loading dock, forklift or unloading help available, you may require additional delivery services. If you need additional services, including inside delivery, a liftgate to lower the order to the ground, limited access, residential delivery or call ahead, additional fees may apply. Including without limitation, 3rd party freight, shipping via manufacture account, expedited delivery, air freight, freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, shipments outside the contiguous U.S. or other special handling by the carrier. Any extra charges incurred for additional freight services and or shipping requested upon time of delivery must be paid by the buyer.
