Upon purchasing from this website or over the telephone you are entering into agreement that you have read this entire return policy and agree to the terms. Please email us before ordering to clarify any specific questions in regards to our return policy. This policy applies to refused orders and buyer caused delayed delivery forcing returns as well. The specifics are different for each product, brand and or manufacture. Not all items are eligible for return.
("Must Be Approved Prior"), Returns will not be accepted unless approved by us in writing or email prior to return. The buyer must send us an email within 14 days of receiving the merchandise stating their intent to return and reason. After corresponding emails, if approved, an additional email will be sent containing the return shipping address and or complete return instructions. Some manufacturers and or brands also require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be issued. This will be emailed to you as well if required. After approval, please allow 4-8 weeks for the entire return and credit process to be completed. Including transit time to ship back to us or the manufacture, merchandise inspection time and credit time by your bank or credit card company. All credits will only be issued to the original form of payment used. We strive to get returns completed as quickly as possible and in most cases less than the amount of time stated. The time frame varies by the return and the amount of other current returns in process.
("Must Be NEW"), The merchandise must be in NEW condition, unused, contain all original instructions, packaging materials, cartons, boxes, pallets, crates and not damaged from return shipping. If received back damaged, used, not NEW condition or missing items your entire credit and return will be denied. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs and arrangements back to them in this circumstance. Custom, manufactured-to-order, mishandled or misused merchandise are all not eligible for return.
("Fees"), Once the merchandise is received back and verified that it meets the previously stated requirements, a credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item, minus a restocking fee of 25-60% (varies in percentage by product) and minus the outbound shipping cost paid to ship to you originally. If the item(s) included "free shipping" the outbound shipping cost we paid will still be deducted from the credit. Return shipping costs, arrangements, pallet and or box, packaging fees are the buyer’s responsibility. In the circumstance that we or the manufacture are able to arrange return shipping, all costs or fees involved will be deducted from the final credit. The buyer must also pay any storage fees from the freight carriers in the event of the buyer delaying delivery or refusing shipments. Orders that are refused or returned due to buyer delayed delivery and are not eligible for return, will not receive any credit or refund. The buyer will be responsible for the associated shipping fees back to them in this circumstance.
("Damage, Warranty, Defect"), If an item originally arrives damaged from shipping or with a manufacture warranty issue or defect, this does not entitle the buyer to return the item without being subject to the return policy. Warranty or defect issues must be handled with the manufacture directly by the buyer, in certain circumstances or brands we may be able to assist.
